This property was founded in 1797;

In 1989 a new company bought it over and created the Rhebokskloof Winery, specialising in Rhone varietals and mastering the Pinotage.

Rheboksloof is one of the few South African wineries with a female winemaker in charge ; who brings a feminine character to this warm climate wines.
