Fortified wines Aperitifs

THE FIGUIER (17% vol): is a fortified wine made from natural dried figs macerated in selected wines. During the meal, it is a perfect accompaniment with the foie gras.
The FIGUIER is also delicious as an aperitif before dinner, with snacks and toast of foie gras, or “magrets de canard” dried duck breast.
Excellent to deglaze foie gras, or juices of roasted duck or poultry... It is also delicious served with cookies or cakes.
