Fossier French Pink Biscuits

Founded in 1756. Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France and was even chosen by royal courts for the quality of its biscuits: choice of ingredients, know-how of the Master Biscuit-makers, conservation of the traditional character of its recipes… The tradition of its original recipe has been maintained for more than 250 years.

Biscuits Roses de Reims were made to dip in a glass of Champagne (although you can nibble them without dipping, and can serve with any other sparkling wine). It is now also used for culinary aid to make commonly Tiramisu, Charlotte aux fraises but can also be used as a basis for all type of dessers to bring cripsyness.Also available in Metal tin gift!
