Fresco Principe Salame Milano
Salame Milano comes from Brianza, in the North of Italy, with production dating back to the 15th century. It is produced by grinding lean meat and bacon to achieve "rice-sized" grain. The mince is seasoned with salt and pepper before being mixed together and then stuffed into a casing. The ageing in cellars goes through several months and allows Salame Milano to develop its distinctive aroma and mild, delicate flavour.
Salame Milano is only one of the several types of salami that Principe can offer such as: Salame Napoli, Salame Gentile, Magretto, Magretto Fiore, Spianata, Salame Emiliano, Salame Toscano, Salame Ventricina, Salame Ungherese, Salame Bresciano, Soppressa and Beaf Salami.
