The segment FRUIT is structured into two business units:

• AGRANA Fruit S.A.S., with head offices in Mitry-Mory, France, acts as the holding company for the unified presence of all companies engaged in the production of fruit preparations.
• AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH, based in Kröllendorf, Austria, oversees all subsidiaries in the fruit juice concentrate segment.
