Fruit and Berry Flours

Our berry flavors are made by extracting a part of the juice from the berries. The remaining pomace is gently dried and ground. Berry flours are a great addition to porridge, pancake dough and pastry, if you’re feeling brave you can even try adding some to a meat sauce or marinade!
