Full cream evaporated milk

Evaporated milk is obtained by the partial removal of water from milk. It is sealed in a container and subjected to heat treatment so that the product retains its natural rich taste while gaining a shelf life of 18 months. Evaporated milk is ideal for use in cooking, when making desserts and for baking. Use undiluted in tea, coffee or cocoa. Full cream evaporated milk is available with 8 or 9% (min.) butterfat.
