Garganega igt Veneto "The School in the vineyards"

It is an Enviromentally friendly white wine, produced with garganega grapes , the same grape of Soave wines, buy cultivated outside of Soave appelation, between Verona City and Valpolicella.

It is under conversion vinyards to become organic vineyard within three yaras.

The production is run by a collaboration between CANTINA DI NEGRAR and the new generation of winemakers from Verona University , that why "The School in the vineyards"
