Garlic we grow in our own fields is transformed in a puree which is used for preparation of: Pesto, sauces, dressing, dips, toping, soups, spreadable cheese, ready meat, marinated. Our ingredient are used in the tomato industry, pizza, pasta, filled pasta, gnocchi, bakery, etc.All our products are BRC, IFS, Global GAP and Kosher certified.The origin of the fresh row material is 100% made In Italy
