Gewurztraminer Collection 2018

The vineyards are located on nice slopes on the famous fault of Ribeauvillé that offers a great variety of terroirs. Grapes are fully hand harvested.

It’s the most aromatic wine. This Gewurztraminer is powerful and characteristic, ample and round with some spices (pepper and coriander). You’ll smell some flower aromas (rose and peony). 

Enjoy this Gewurztraminer for the aperitif, on spicy meals (Mexican, Moroccan, Indian, Asian), fish dishes, soft cheeses with hard skin (Munster, Pont l’Evêque, Maroilles) and pastries. 

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
