Gewurztraminer Organic 2021

Grapes raised through organic agriculture.

Coming from our hillside vineyards on the famous geological fault of Ribeauvillé. Our organic vine growers respect the schedule of conditions of organic farming certified by ECOCERT : no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used and the whole vineyards are under grass. This method meant maintaining ecosystem’s natural balance. Lower yields contribute also to richness and complexity of our wines.

Grapes are fully hand harvested.

The nose is complex with notes of spice and candied fruits. In mouth, this wine is round and fresh with lychees aromas.

Excellent as an aperitif, taste it with spicy food, pasta or with a dessert.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
