Under the brand Bauckhof you get nationwide in health food stores, organic supermarkets and health food stores 34 controlled gluten-free products from our company. The range extends from controlled gluten-free flours, a kitchen helper, cereal flakes & up to burgers, cake and bread mixes. Our flours are milled to the gluten-free mini-mill. All products are tested in the laboratory mill to gluten free. All products are reported with gluten analysis in the German Celiac Society.
