Gluten Free Cereal Bars with chocolate chips

Cereal Bars topped with drops of Dark Chocolate are an exceptionally delicious snack, with just 87 calories per bar. Crispy rice and wheat flakes topped with a whopping 15% of delicious drops made of pure dark chocolate make an unforgettable snack that boosts your energy level without weighing you down. This particular product is made at our factory using primary ingredients that contain no traces of gluten as per authorisation granted to us by the Italian Ministry of Health, the National Health Services' main body in the country. In order to satisfy the ministerial requirements we have build a separate area at our factory dedicated exclusively to gluten free products, where no cross-contamination can occur. Our gluten free bars can thus be recommended to customers who are allergic or suffer from any kind of gluten intolerance. In addition, these bars are completely milk and lactose free (including any “hidden” dairy-derived ingredients) and can thus be also recommended to customers suffering from lactose intolerance.
