The Gluten Free pizza base is a precoocked pizza made according with Italian traditions and packed in MAP technology.
Our standard weight is 1x200g (about 23,5 cm diameter) or 2x165g (about 23 cm diameter) with 6 months of shelf life.
Storage and selling ambient is "ambient temperature".
The product is ready to be dressed with mozzarella and tomatoes to be cooked for 12-15 min.
The product can be addressed for RETAIL OR HORECA market
