Goat's curd

Fresh goats’ cream cheese, sometimes called curd, forms the basis of our fresh cheese products. The curd is either available in wholesale packaging tailormade for our selected industrial clients, or is further processed for consumer products. Additives to the curd include salt, flavourings and spices.
