Goulibeur large shortbread with almonds

The Broyé du Poitou Goulibeur is a large pure butter shortbread with stripes and flaked almonds on top. Diametre 24 cm. To be enjoyed at breakfast and even better to taste with a fruit salad, a cream or with a glass of red wine and some season strawberries.

Tasting advice : according to the tradition, the Broyé is not to be cut but to be broken with the fist, then share with your friends and enjoy !
