GRAN LEOPOLDINA CHARDONNAY D.O.

In 1875, during the Imperial period when the first Valduga set foot on Brazilian soil, the monarchy declared Leopoldina the most important road in what is today known as the Vale dos Vinhedos. The Casa Valduga winery is located on this historic road. In 1972, the company paid tribute to the Princess with its first labeled wine, which would carry her name. Forty years on, the winery extends this honor not only to the Princess, but to the entire period of bravery of the first immigrants.
