I am a hard cheese made from cow's milk, aged from 9 to 24 months. My forms are cylinders wide, shallow, and you can recognize on the rind pitting "Grana Padano". Product come across the plains, in a district that borders but does not overlap with that of my cousin, Parmigiano Reggiano, almost all of Lombardy and the Piedmont, Veneto and Emilia Romagna.
