Greek feta

Feta with a strong, intense, authentic flavour, made from the milk of sheep and goats reared in the foothills of Mount Olympus in Greece.
The cheese is rubbed with sea salt and left to mature for 60 days.
Every stage of the process takes place locally, from the milking through to the finished pack: your guarantee of an authentic process and a genuine product.
Ideal in salads, oven-baked dishes or en papillote. Can also be used to enhance the flavour of a dish.
