Water Buffalo Sausage Natural, Paprika and Spicy Paprika
Our Water Buffalo Sausage product range is based on traditional Hungarian recipes: the meat of healthy, extensively farmed animals is prepared with pork pancetta, which allows the flavour of premium spices ground above liquid nitrogen to be released even better.
These sausages are free from artificial additives: the buffalo meat, red and rich in minerals, is prepared with carefully picked ingredients, Hungarian noble red paprika and caraway, with traditional beech wood smoke and shorter maturation than salami. Compared to salami, sausages are of a longer and thinner shape. Therefore they are better penetrated by smoke, and since they are matured for a shorter period, the spices don’t blend together, so the robust flavours can unfold better.
