WEWALKA grill dough is fresh, rolled to the correct thickness on baking paper and ready for use. Our grill dough is also pre-cut into four strips. Brush and cover the pastry as you wish and then off it goes on the grill. Arrange and enjoy.

Grill dough is made from yeast dough. It rises well when baked, is large-pored and has a full and juicy bite.

Typical use of grill dough: grilled flatbread or „bread on sticks“, cooked on an open fire.
