Grimbergen Abbey Cheese
The Abbey Cheese Grimbergen, made since 1980 by Abbey Food, 48 F.I.D.M., 10 weeks matured and typical, nutty and fruity taste.
This cheese is a Belgian Certified Abbey Cheese, meaning that all products are developed in close cooperation with the abbey and and a royalty for each cheese sold is paid. This is similar for the Brewery and therefore we share the same logo.
This cheese, when pre-cut into cheese cubes, is the main Belgian cheese used as aperitif. But it is often used for snacking as well.
