Guarda Rios White
In the wine cellar, these grapes were vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the intensity of the aromas and flavours so typical of this region’s grape varieties. The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats and partially aged on fine fermentation lees. It goes well with delicate flavours, fish, lean meats, and subtle cheeses.
Tasting Notes
Made with the Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, so typical to the region. Marked by fresh yellow fruits, mango, citrus fruits with a well-defined acidity and freshness. A good accompaniment for light dishes of medium-fat fishes and white meats, due to the freshness it displays along with its intense nature.
