Since 2013, Gubor has once again sought out black forest ingredients, using black forest milk, black forest fruit confections, and black forest brandies. For its chocolate, Gubor uses UTZ certified cocoa from sustainable cultivation. The three-star-chef from the black forest, Harald Wohlfahrt, supports Gubor with his creative input from his star cuisine and as a gusto ambassador.
