Hämmerle Williams Pear
This classic is literally an extremely noble variety - after all, the Williams Christ is considered the queen of pears. Originating in Berkshire, England, the variety has been known since around 1770 and was named after its propagator, the nurseryman Williams. The fruit's first-class suitability for distilling is perfected thanks to the optimal climatic conditions in the Alpine region: all aroma-promoting factors, such as sunshine duration or soil type, are ideally matched for this variety and ensure the best pears, which give the popular preciousness its incomparable taste.
