Regarding our HPP Cold press Juices they are:

• Top quality fruit. We don’t use Fruit concentrate, frozen or pasteurized products.
• 0% added sugar. 0% additives. Highest number of vitamins compared to any other juice on the market.
• At the moment we have 4 sizes: 250ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 1000ml.

What’s HPP? Many juices on the market are pasteurized juices, which means that the fruit juice has been “cooked” at really high temperatures. (80-85° for 30 minutes). The result of this process is that juices have lost all the vitamins and flavour of the fruit. We instead use the 6000 bars - HPP (High preassure processing) system, we use really low temperatures so in this way we keep the SAME VITAMINS, FLAVOURS, AROMA and ANTIOXIDANT OF THE RAW FRUIT. You can compare an HPP juice to an homemade juice but with a much longer shelf life.  A freshly squeezed juice has 9000 germs after 7 days. To make a great HPP juice you need to start from an excellent selection of raw material, that is why we never use low quality fruit or even rotten fruit. It is a top quality product.
