HPP Fresh FRUIT PUREE
Macè’s development of «fruit mousse» is the result of technological mastery of high pressure. The fruits are pressed and cold pesteurized in a high-pressure chamber, preserving the vitamins and organoleptic properties and the fibers naturally present. This “cold cooking” technique does not alter the sugars naturally contained in fruit and preserves all the qualities and pleasure of consuming our Fruit Puree.
Our HPP Cold Fruit PUREE are:
- 100% Fruit.
- Creamy and delicious!
- Top quality fruit. We don’t use Fruit concentrate, frozen or pasteurized products.
- 0% added sugar. 0% additives. Highest number of vitamins compared to any other juice on the market.
- At the moment we have 2 sizes: 100g and 145g.
- We can have a cluster of 2 or just one single.
What’s HPP? Many compote on the market are pasteurized, which means that the fruit has been “cooked” at really high temperatures. (80-85° for 30 minutes). The result of this process is that the fruit has lost all its vitamins and flavour. We instead use the 6000 bars - HPP (High preassure processing) system, we use really low temperatures so in this way we keep the SAME VITAMINS, FLAVOURS, AROMA and ANTIOXIDANT OF THE RAW FRUIT.
