Hriňovec smoked 45 %

Semi-hard, ripened, smoked, full-fat product of milk and vegetable fat, 45 % fat in dry matter.There is the salami shape weighing about 1.8 kg available or it comes in a practical consumer pack with about 800 g of its weight. Its great taste is achieved by a traditional smoking and thanks to high quality milk from the mountain and foothill regions of Slovakia. It is suitable to be used for cold and hot dishes, ideal for baking, perfectly melts, keeps itself a pliant texture and does not go brown.
