CLINICAL STUDY 

In an independent clinical study*

• 100 % participants showed significant improvement in skin hydration after 28 days.
• Regular product application improves skin hydration for 13 % on average in 28 day!

PROPERTIES OF THE INGREDIENTS

HYALURONIC ACID – DOUBLE EFFECT

Hyaluronic acid is a powerful natural moisturizer for our skin.  Its quantity decreases with the years, which leads to skin dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid can contain water up to 1000 times its mass. DALÚ Natural skincare in serum with hyaluronic acid uses two kinds of hyaluronic acid with a high and low molecular weight that enable a dual effect. The high molecular weight provides immediate skin tension and straightens fine line wrinkles in the corners of the mouth, on the nose, around the eyes and on the face. The hyaluronic acid with a low molecular weight penetrates the deepest skin layers and accelerates the synthesis of the hyaluronic acid and thus providing long-lasting hydration and visibly improving skin texture. In DALÚ hyaluronic acid serum, we use pure 1%  of hyaluronic acid.

HEXAPEPTIDES

Hexapeptides are proteins acquired through a natural process. They are made of 6 sequences of amino acids that improve collagen synthesis and skin tonus and decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hexapeptides penetrate the skin and bind with receptors on the cell surface and thus stimulate cell functions. They have numerous anti-ageing effects: improved skin complexion and elasticity and better skin moisture. They increase ATP synthesis, which increases the entire cell’s efficiency. Our hexapeptides are isolated from an ecological yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

ORGANIC HORSETAIL EXTRACT

Horsetail is rich in minerals, silicic acid, aluminium and potassium chloride, and it also contains alkaloids and flavonoids. The horsetail extract acts as adstringent and antioxidant. It contains substances that stimulate the production of collagen in our cells, which increases skin elasticity and firmness and decrease visible and fine-line wrinkles. The horsetail extract has a moisturizing, soothing and restorative effect on the skin.

B3 – NICOTINAMIDE (NIACINAMIDE)

The B3 vitamin is a common expression for nicotinamide and nicotinic acid that transform into each other in the body and are similarly effective as vitamins. B3 has numerous good effects on the skin because it increases the synthesis of ceramides, cholesterol and free fatty acids in the stratum corneum of the skin and decreases transepidermal water loss (TEWL). The ceramides are of key importance for the cell membrane structure and essential for stabilising the lipid barrier, regulating its permeability and the ability to retain water. The quantity of ceramides is decreased in mature skin, dry skin and atopic dermatitis. B3 decreases fine-line wrinkles and pigment stains and increases skin elasticity; it has a lighting effect which prevents the transition of melanin to keratinocytes.
