maturation in stainless steel vats for approx. 8 months.

Colour: medium intensity ruby red with violet shades.

Bouquet: fresh and fruity with good red berry fruit notes

Taste: soft, sapid, good acid-tannin balance

Ideal service temperature: 16-18° C.

Food pairing: it accompanies first courses,  red meat, cured meat and salami,
as well as medium-aged cheese.
