Pinot Nero e Raboso Spumante Brut

Vino dei Poeti Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Raboso, which gives rise to a fresh and versatile rosé wine.

CHARACTERISTICS

The grapes are manually harvested and vinified in rosè (the skins stay in contact with the must for 12 hours). Refermentation in autoclave occurs at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C. The wine is then cold stabilized for a week at a temperature of -3° C and lastly filtered and bottled.
