ECTOIN®

Ectoin  is a multi-function, cosmetically active ingredient of high biotechnological knowledge. It has outstanding properties that protect the cells, anti-wrinkle effect and intensively moistens the skin. Efficiency is proven with numerous in vivo studies.Ectoin is the most common extremolyte found in nature. It was discovered in 1980 in Egypt. Extremolytes are natural molecules formed within extremophile organisms that are among the smallest and oldest forms of life on earth. The extremolyte does enter the cell nor it reacts with proteins, but stabilizes the cell structures , so it can protect the human epithelium from allergens, UV light, air pollutants, heat and desiccation. Ectoin surrounds itself with a water layer and builds a complex. Skin effects: it strengthens the skin barrier and the own skin immune system, ensures deep and long-lasting moisturizing of the skin and increases its elasticity. It has an extraordinary antioxidizing power, it reduces pores and balances mixed and oily skin.

ORGANIC BABASSU OIL

The babassu oil is an extract of the Attalea speciose palm seeds from Brazil. The oil contains myristic and lauric acid and melts when in contact with the skin. The skin feels pleasant, it absorbs quickly, and it reduces moisture loss. It improves the skin elasticity and is an excellent moisturizer while stimulating the collagen formation. It contains a lot of antioxidants like vitamin E and phytosterols that help neutralize free radicals that cause premature ageing.ORGANIC BAOBAB OIL

The baobab oil is derived from the seeds of baobab fruits (Adansonia).
