Strawberry Jam

Strawberry jam is prepared by the fruits which are ripe and good in condition. After washing, sorting the stems and the leaves out from the fruits, the fruits are sorted according to size. The jam is prepared by fresh or frozen strawberries, sugar, glucose syrup and permitted additives, and processed to a suitable consistency by heating.
