Jams and Confitures

Our organic jams and confitures are produced “the old fashioned way”. Carefully sorted and cleaned berries are put into the cooker, and while being slowly heated, the froth is removed. A little sugar is added and the confiture is immediately sealed in air-tight containers.Most of the raw fruits and berries are being grown on-site. Additionally, organic berries and fruits are purchased from neighboring farms or collected from certified wild areas. Our produce does not contain any allergens. Types of Products available: 1.
