Jardins Philosophiques
To honor the Petit Courbu, a historical and endemic grape variety from the Pyrénées Piedmont, Alain Brumont set out to create a dry white wine that would have a place amongst the greats. Based on his childhood memories of exploitable vegetable gardens, he interpreted an imaginary garden that’s become a reality. Thus was born “Château Bouscassé – Les Jardins Philosophiques”. Newly batised “The Philosophical Gardens”, Château Bouscassé renews with an ancestral French way of life. This new name reflects more than 30 years of Vignobles Brumont’s commitment to an integrated management of a cultural landscape of viticulture and an autonomous way of life.
Fresh attack. Balanced, unctuous and tense. Open, expressive, with pear aromas, exotic fruits and white fruits. A saline and mineral finish.
