It’s name comes from the Latin name of the fruits of juniper, «Juniperus communis», the main taste and aromatic component of Gin.
Slowly distilled in copper stills for 14 hours, collecting only the mid part (heart) of the distillation.
The taste of “Juniper” is silky and characteristic of juniper, its aftertaste has the elements of cedar, lemon and citrus.
