Juraflore Haut Jura won all the Gold medals in International Mountain Cheese Competitions from 1990 to 2003. Made and aged 1150 m above sea level. Discover this unique Comté cheese that is produced in the mountains and aged in the heart of the Haut-Jura National Park. The laws that govern the use of the mountain label demand that the milk production, cheese making and aging be confined to a mountainous zone. The milk producers and cheese houses at Fromageries Arnaud are located on the high plains of the Haut Jura Range and clearly correspond with all the zoning regulations.
