Kärntnermilch Drautal cheese smoked
Kärntnermilch has been producing this cheese for decades. The river Drau flows through the agricultural supply and development area of the cheese, the so-called Drau Valley. Thus in old tradition this cheese as "Drautaler" baptized. The traditional method of production has been technologically changed over the years until the cheese is in line with today's cheese culture and the modern consumer wishes corresponded. Smoking with cold beech wood smoke with cold beechwood smoke, it acquires a harmonious smoky sweet flavor.
