Kärntnermilch Hard Cheese Selection
This cheese has been produced for decades according to old recipes on the alpine pastures of the Möll valley. The traditional production method has been was taken over by the Kärntnermilch and and brought to perfection by the use of special surface Maturation cultures brought to perfection. The Cheese is matured for 12 months and therefore called "Selection".
