Kasseri is a Greek traditional PDO yellow cheese. Our Kasseri's strong sensory character is teh result of a long ripenin period. It is matured for at least 6 months to fully develop its rich, individual aromatic characteristics and its elvet semi-hard texture. Our Kasseri has been awarded for its superior taste. Available also in slices.
