A traditional English-style biscuit brought to life by craftsmanship, tradition and 30 years of experience. We produce delicious biscuits, using carefully selected, high-quality raw materials, based on our own traditional recipe in Balatonkenese, Hungary, in the family factory, under manufactory conditions.
The key ingredients in Katie & Baker biscuits are quality butter and delicious natural ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, vanilla, lemon, orange, and a variety of spices that provide the right, crumbly texture and unique flavoring.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, cream margarine [vegetable fats (palm and coconut), vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, emulsifiers: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, preservative: sorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, butter flavouring, colour: carotens], chocolate drops (17%) [cocoa mass, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: soya lecithin], cocoa powder, water, baking powder [raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates, corn starch], salt, flavourings.
