King's Rebello - special pull out tray

Sweet tasting with a delicate aroma, King's Rebello is a dry-cured Italian 'culatta' made only from selected ITALIAN pork legs, trimmed so that it takes on its characteristic drop shape. Fresh pork meat is netted and covered with a mix of sea salt and pepper then the meat is allowed time to rest and age for minimum 12 months.
