Semi-hard, ripened, full-fat product of milk and vegetable fat, 45 % fat in dry matter. It is manufactured from high quality milk from mountain and foothill regions of Slovakia. As the name itself says, this is a product for pizza preparation. During its production it’s referred to all aspects in which it proceeds during pizza preparation.
