Konfitura is the first BIO certified and sugar-free gelling agent consisting of different starches and gelling agents to prepare fruit spreads without any added sugar! Simply boil 1 kg of cleaned fruit chopped into small pieces or 600 ml of juice with Konfitura and lemon juice for at least 3 minutes, fill into jars and your homemade fruit spread is ready.
