La Chouette Demi-Sec is an organic and 100% apple juice cider at 4.0% alc/vol, made by blending a selection of cider apple varieties (sweet, bittersweet, sharp and bittershap) all from Normandy (IGP Normandie).
- Eye: Shiny golden colour with copper reflections.
- Noise: Elegant aroma with peach and apricot notes.
- Mouth: Fruity flavour , slighty tart with a bitter finish.
This organic cider as been awarded World's Best Keeved Cider at the World Cider Awards. This cider is widely available in French organic Retail stores.
