THE WINE:

A tribute to Provence's stunning, virgin countryside, Grange des Sources is a delicious, gourmet wine, well worth taking your time over. Serve chilled as an aperitif or paired with sincere, authentic Provencal cuisine.

Nocturnal harvest, gentle pressing after short maceration, decanting and classic vinification to allow the juice to express its character, moderate addition of sulfites.

Grapes: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah

TASTE:

Magnificent dense, but fairly-pale robe that clearly sets the tone… Ripe and powerful bouquet, very round, gourmet and fleshy taste. Long in the mouth.

Sumptuous with a lamb and apricot tagine, or paella.

serve at 8° to 10°C.
