La Granja 360 Cava
La Granja 360 Cava is produced in the Alella region, near Barcelona, which is a traditional Cava producing area.
Grapes (Xarel-lo and Parellada) are pressed and fermented at controlled temperature of 16ºC, resulting in excellent base wines which are subsequently blended as required. Minimum ageing of 12 months.
The wine is very pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, persistent bubbles and good mousse. On the nose it’s wide, intense and fruity. On the palate, it shows aromatic balance, mainly ripe white fruit notes, due to the grape varieties and the ageing process.
Granja in Spanish means "farm" and this wine takes part of a wine range that includes 5 different wines. Since it is a revolutionary brand in the traditional wine standards, it is a 360° turn in the world of wine. Entertaining, surprising and pleasuring is what these innovative wines will do for you, but above all, La Granja 360 will bring happiness to you and to the world of wine. The images of different animals convey a fantastic view on the animal world to highlight these everyday wines.
The duck is rooted in the gastronomic history of the Catalan cava region. Whether the duck had anything to do with the production of Cava we do not know for certain. With that being said, this Cava is crisp with fine bubbles, smooth, and like the duck it will make you happy.
