La Granja Verdejo Viura is made of 70% Verdejo and 30% Viura grapes, which are the outstanding varieties in its region (Rueda). The vineyards of Avelino Vegas (the winery) are around 15 years-old, quite small in size (1-3 hectares) and dispersed around Santiuste, the village where the winery is located.
