La Salé

The Salé is an aromatic salted meat of Valdaostan bovines, fed with no-OGM forages, which can boast the label “pure Valdaostan race”. The meat is prepared following recipes handed down over generations. It is put to marinate with salt and aromatic herbs, which confer to the product a spiced aroma, not covering the taste of the meat itself.
