Lactose free Mozzarella

The Research Center of the Centrale del Latte del Molise has elaborated a fiordilatte made with deltocoated milk. 
Even lactose intolerant people will be able to freely enjoy the fiordilatte and all the dishes whose recipes provide for its use.
